Sending Mr. Vela an Email with an Attachment

Objectives:
1.  Send Mr. Vela an attachment (All About Me PowerPoint) through Outlook.

Today's Lesson:
Hello, all!  Today, you are going to send your "All About Me" PowerPoint Presentation to me as an Email Attachment.  Listen up and go through the steps because you will be doing this very often throughout the semester to turn in work!  It's easy, but you do have to go through several steps.  Once you got it, you'll know how to do it forever.  Enjoy!

Step 1:  Open up Office 365 by double-clicking on the "Office 365" icon below on your desktop.  Then click on "Outlook."

Step 2:  Create a new email:

1.  Click on "New"
2.  Type my email in "To" -- [email protected]
3.  Type "All About Me" in "Add a Subject"

Step 3:  Add your PowerPoint as an Attachment

1.  Click on "Attach"

2.  Click on "Computer"

3.  Find your PowerPoint in Documents and then click "Open"
4.  Click on "Attach as a copy"

5.  Click "Send" and you're done!
